Kay Marcia – Kay is licensed in both CT and MA and Prior to creating a real estate business was in the legal field as a certified paralegal. She specialized in civil negotiations.  Her family owned First Choice Real Estate Agency, and urged her to join the business.  First Choice merged with Real Living Realty Professionals, the predecessor to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Realty Professionals

Ken Marcia – Ken is a Broker Associate licensed in both CT and MA.  He spent many years in a corporate environment including global operations executive roles at United Technologies and Dresser-Rand Group.  His extensive background in managing 1000’s of supplier contracts, involvement in areas such as acquisition due diligence, and leading operational businesses provide a unique perspective to our real estate business.

Eve Crampton - Eve is a Broker Associate and licensed in both CT and MA and has over 30 years experience.  She was the Broker Owner of First Choice Real Estate prior to merging with Real Living Realty Professionals. Eve Crampton has been a licensed MA Realtor since 1989 and is also a licensed Broker in the state of CT since 2000. Her designations, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) have been achieved by less than 4% of the Realtor Community.  She has sold more than 750 properties and $125 million in value.

Wendy Cycenas – Wendy brings 15 years of Project Execution experience within the property and casualty insurance industry.  In addition; she manages a building and remodeling company.  Wendy brings business knowledge, is a certified stager, has strong coordination skills and a passion for real estate.  Her husband Matt, is a home renovation specialist.

Steve Piro - Steve obtained Bachelors Degrees in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and in Physical Education.  His Masters Degree is in Health Education.  He successfully operated a business cleaning business and his Real Estate experience spans over twenty years.  He's an active volunteer multi-sport coach while on the Columbia Recreation Commission and active in the Lions.  His multi-skilled background provides a benefit to his clients.

Elaine Buchardt -  Elaine has been a real estate professional since 2002 working with buyers and sellers in most of the counties in Connecticut. She now teaches real estate courses required for licensing. She was an IT professional for a major insurance/financial service company for 18 years and was a social worker after receiving her Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Elaine has been a town official in Andover and is now serving on several town boards. Elaine loves to work with people achieving their real estate goals whether it’s selling their homes or finding the right home for them.
